The Budo Shingikan is a traditional and authentic Martial Arts School located in Mesa, Arizona. We are a non profit Dojo and have created this school for the community not for ourselves. Traditional Japanese Martial Arts instill the virtues within its students of creating a peaceful and more productive environment with the community. After many years of teaching martial arts for non profit the Kancho and founder of the Budo Shingikan School of Japanese Martial Arts Dedeuc (Darrell) D'Antonoli Sensei decided that the goal of the Dojo wasnt complete until the Dojo as a whole and its members truly gave back to our local community. In choosing this path D'Antonoli Sensei has volunteered at many local group events and functions to share his years of Personal Protection and Self Defense knowledge. The Budo Shingikan Dojo has effected many of the youth in the Phoenix metro area and continues to be a strong driving force within the East Valley Cities such as Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Mesa AZ.

Our Mission
The Mission of the Budo Shingikan Dojo and its continuing Community Out Reach Programs are to provide the Pillars of our community with the most up to date and reliable training available. We wish to cause an effect on every aspect of society to make our local cities and further our world wide community in a complete and total positive manner. Furthering the knowledge and skills of those who need it and those of like mind who wish to use the Martial Arts as a tool for creating a happier, safer, and more productive society!
Who Are We and What Can We Do For You?
The Budo Shingikan Organization is a Non Profit group seeking to better our local communities within Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, and the Phoenix Metro area in Arizona. We have worked with several Church groups and organizations as well as Boy Scouts, Youth Law Enforcement groups and programs as well with several Law Enforcement Agencies, Military, Firefighters, Health Care Workers, School Teachers, Airline Pilots, Etcetera. Darrell D'Antonoli Sensei is an Arizona P.O.S.T Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor with over 20 years of Martial Arts Experience. We have a great staff of Instructors all with many years of DT and Martial Art experience consisting of John Berghian Sensei, Joe Bolding Sensei and several other Military and Law Enforcement Personel who are also a part of our expanding organization.
What we offer is our hard earned knowledge and expertise in these above mentioned fields for FREE. We are happy to publicly speak to your group or organization about Self Defense, Personal Protection, Drug Awareness, Anti Bullying Campaigns in School, Internet Predator Prevention, and so much more.
Where Does Our Desire Stem From?
In Japanese Martial Arts everything from thought to technique was produced for the Samurai Class. The Samurai were the ancient and fuedal warriors of the Japanese culture. If you look at the word Samurai its basic and most informative meaning is this, "those who serve". The goal thus for true Martial Art practioners was and is to serve their fellow man thus creating a better society. This today is very much true with all of us at the Budo Shingikan School of Japanese Martial Arts, we wish to serve our community and use our strengths gained from the Martial Arts to help improve our society. The Martial Arts as a whole can give every single person something postive whether a child or one of our very own soldiers who need the best tools available in order to return home safely to the ones they love. Our desire stems from being here to help all of you as much as possible!
